After practicing in the same office for 33 years I was ready for an upgrade. To that end, I have moved my office down the hall to the east end of my building on Elizabeth Street. The new technology and new equipment has been a pleasure to work with, and I believe makes me better able to provide the  excellent dental care my patients have come to expect and rely on. We are open Saturdays and most evenings until 7:00 PM. We typically don’t charge for second opinions or consultations. 

I always use in magnification, not because I need it, but I do not believe optimal treatment can be provided without it. Dentistry is microsurgery- there is a reason Operating room doctors wear magnification, we use it for the same reason. We do not use city water in our water lines, due to the likelihood of bacterial growth. We only use distilled water with anti-bacterial treatment. 

Mission statement –  My goal is to provide excellent dental care to every patient in a “state of the art” environment. I believe that each patient deserves an individualized treatment plan based on their own needs and wants. At our practice you will not get a “one size fits all” treatment plan. I will listen to your concerns and develop a plan that suits your needs. We promise to provide the best care available and be as pain free as humanly possible.  Your time is as valuable as ours, and we make every effort to be on schedule all the time. 

Education/ background:

I Graduate from Neshannock High School in 1976. After completion of a B.S. in biology at the University of Pittsburgh I attended West Virginia University School of Dentistry, where I earned my D.D.S. degree in 1984. 

  Returning to New Castle to join my father and brothers in his family practice, I now enjoy life with my two beautiful daughters. I'm an ordained elder at Northminster Presbyterian Church  and support Lawrence County Habitat for Humanity and several other local charities.
